排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)，是指排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)單(dan)位向(xiang)環境保(bao)(bao)護行(xing)(xing)(xing)政(zheng)主(zhu)管(guan)部(bu)門(men)提(ti)出申請后，環境保(bao)(bao)護行(xing)(xing)(xing)政(zheng)主(zhu)管(guan)部(bu)門(men)經審查發(fa)放(fang)的(de)(de)(de)允許(xu)(xu)(xu)排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)單(dan)位排(pai)放(fang)一定(ding)數量污(wu)(wu)(wu)染物的(de)(de)(de)憑證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)。排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)屬于環境保(bao)(bao)護許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)組成(cheng)部(bu)分，而且被廣泛使用。排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)制(zhi)度，是指有關(guan)排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)申請、審核(he)、頒發(fa)、中(zhong)止(zhi)、吊銷、監督管(guan)理和(he)罰(fa)則等(deng)方面規(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)總稱(cheng)。排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)單(dan)位應當按照排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)于執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)內容和(he)頻次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求，編制(zhi)排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)。排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)包括年度執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)、季(ji)度執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)和(he)月執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)。排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)單(dan)位應當每年在全國排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)管(guan)理信息平臺上(shang)填報(bao)(bao)、提(ti)交排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)年度執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)并公開，同時(shi)向(xiang)核(he)發(fa)環保(bao)(bao)部(bu)門(men)提(ti)交通過全國排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)管(guan)理信息平臺印(yin)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)面執行(xing)(xing)(xing)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)。

服務內容

1.項目委(wei)托+資料收(shou)集：收(shou)集資料、研讀資料，按照國家排污(wu)許(xu)可證申報要求及各地要求收(shou)集所需內容；

2.填(tian)報(bao)：根據環評、驗收、自查等報(bao)告，按照相關行業技(ji)術(shu)規范要求確定填(tian)報(bao)內容及順序，并完成系統填(tian)報(bao)。

3.審(shen)核(he)(he)及審(shen)批(pi):按(an)照(zhao)不同(tong)區(qu)域(yu)的(de)要求，提交審(shen)核(he)(he)過直接(jie)提交市局進行審(shen)批(pi)。
